The problem

Property reports generated by AI land in a chat window. To do anything useful with the data you copy it into a spreadsheet manually. If you want to share it with a partner, solicitor, or mortgage broker, you are reformatting and typing numbers. The analysis is good but the output is not usable.

What this skill does

• Creates a Google Sheet directly from the analysis
• Comparable sales section: median, mean, price per sqft, transaction count
• Rental analysis section: median rent, listing count, rent range
• Yield and stamp duty sections with source attribution
• EPC data section (when street address is available)
• Individual comps table with price, date, type, and EPC match
• Shareable link ready to send to partners, brokers, or solicitors
• Optional: drafts an email with the spreadsheet link via Gmail
